Pricing Guide

Bar rental includes 1 TABC and Food Handler certified bartender - 1 hour set up, 4 hours serving, 1 hour clean up, professional bartending tools, up to 25 miles of travel, 9oz cups, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, and water.

Bartender count varies on beverage selection and guest count.

Upon request, we can provide a detailed shopping list for alcohol.

All charges are subject to state tax and a 20% admin fee.

Alcohol purchase and delivery is the responsibility of event host.

Pricing based on bar/bartender, beverages, guest count, duration, and location.

Bar/Bartender

The Gypsy

$400 - 1 hour set up, 4 hours serving, 1 hour tear down/clean up.

  • requires 10’ x 14’ outdoor working space.

  • Additional hour - $150.

  • Additional bartender may be required depending on beverage package and expected guest count.

Double Barrel Oak

$300 - 1 hour set up, 4 hours serving, 1 hour tear down/ clean up.

  • Additional hour - $115.

Bartender Only

$200 - 30 minute set up, 4 hours serving, 30 minute tear down/clean up.

  • Additional hour - $75.

Rates are listed without service charges or tax. Additional travel fees, venue fees, bar set up/tear down or additional service charges may be applied.

All fees will be itemized on official quote.
